And if merely having the Priority Mail Flat Rate markings on the envelope designates it as Priority Mail Flat Rate, how looked down upon is it to re-fold the envelope inside out and use it that way? I notice on the fold of the envelope itself, it has a warning: No Tracking Questions/Package Inquiries/Questions regarding delays at postal facilities
